Mari University is a private educational institution affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, headquartered in Hazano. It has a legal personality that is financially and administratively independent. Arabic is the official language of instruction in the university’s colleges and institutes. The university council may decide to use another language for instruction when necessary.
