Data you provide voluntarily: full name, email address, phone number, nationality, academic qualification and grade, the desired faculty or institute, and any text you write in an application or enquiry message.

Booking data: when booking an appointment at the university clinics or library rooms we record the name, contact method and requested time.

We do not request or store payment card details through the website.

Reviewing admission and registration applications and communicating with applicants about them.

Scheduling university clinic appointments and library room bookings.

Responding to enquiries and complaints submitted through the website forms.

Improving the website content, performance and user experience through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
